Charlotte Nichols is from Daphne, Alabama. Charlotte received her BA in Political Science from Louisiana State University in 2020. She went on to attend Loyola University New Orleans College of Law on a merit scholarship and obtained her Juris Doctor in 2023. While in law school, Charlotte practiced as a student practitioner in the Workplace Justice Clinic under the guidance of the Louisiana State Bar Association’s 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award winner, Luz M. Molina.
Charlotte was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in September of 2023. Prior to joining Webster Henry in 2024, she practiced first-party property insurance civil litigation in New Orleans, Louisiana. Today, the primary focus of Charlotte’s practice is civil litigation and insurance defense.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoys anything to do with pop culture and trivia, all things LSU, and playing with her German Shepherd, Atlas.
