Tristan Sawyer Triplett is a son of Savannah, Georgia. He attended The University of South Carolina Beaufort for his undergraduate studies, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Professional Writing in 2020. At USCB, Tristan was a four-year letterman on the baseball team, published in the University’s creative writing journal, worked as a writing center tutor, and was a performer in five University stage plays.

Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Tristan attended the University of Georgia, where he obtained his Masters of Arts in Journalism from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications in 2022. At the University of Georgia he worked as a graduate research assistant, performed in a University production of Euripides’ Alcestis, led a team of talented housekeepers at the Athens Homewood Inn and Suites, celebrated an Atlanta Braves World Series, and two University of Georgia college football national championships.

Finally, Tristan attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2026. There, Tristan served as the treasurer of the Jones Federalist Society chapter, and was a member of the Christian Legal Society. He is particularly appreciative of his time working at Wynlakes Golf & Country Club while in law school.

Tristan was admitted to practice law in Alabama in 2026, and joined the firm as an Associate Attorney that year, following a year of working in the Montgomery office as a law clerk. Montgomery is home for Tristan these days, and in his free time he enjoys traveling to concerts, visiting family across Alabama and Georgia, and attending his local church.
