Congratulations to Kim DeShazo and Orin Odom who received a Defense Verdict in Macon County, Alabama. The Plaintiff sued our insurance company directly alleging that a phantom vehicle ran him off the road and caused numerous injuries. Following the trial, the jury ruled in favor of the defense.
