Congratulations to Scott Sasser and Scott Speagle! They obtained a defense verdict on October 30, 2020 in Baldwin county in a premises liability case. The Plaintiff asked for an award of $1 million but the jury found that an open and obvious condition barred recovery for the plaintiff and ruled in the defendant’s favor.

Tamera Erskine obtained summary judgment in favor of her clients in November 2019 in Shelby County, Alabama on all claims. The plaintiffs alleged termite damages in excess of $900,000 on claims of fraud, suppression, breach of contract, negligence, wantonness and Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
