Summary Judgment
Tamera Erskine obtained summary judgment in favor of her clients in November 2019 in Shelby County, Alabama on all claims. The plaintiffs alleged termite damages in excess of $900,000 on claims of fraud, suppression, breach of contract, negligence, wantonness and Alabama Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Personal Auto Defense
Kim DeShazo and Scott Speagle obtained a defense verdict on September 11, 2019 for their client in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County in a motor vehicle accident case in which both liability for the accident and the plaintiff’s claimed damages were disputed.
